Why we built this

OKC has great nights out.
They just shouldn't be this hard to find.

We're from here. We've been in the group chat where nobody could agree on a plan, lost weekends to half-hearted Google searches, and missed events we would have loved — because nobody told us they existed.

Ember is our answer to that. A local tool, built with local knowledge, that takes the friction out of going out in Oklahoma City. Not a national events aggregator with an OKC filter. Actually OKC — the small venues, the new spots, the things worth making a plan for.

Yeah, it's free — no catch. No credit card, no trial period, no "premium features" locked behind a paywall. We make money from venues that want featured placement, not from you.
Nope. Ember runs right in your browser. If you want, you can add it to your home screen on iPhone or Android and it'll feel like a regular app — but there's nothing to download from the App Store.
You tell Ember what kind of night you're looking for — romantic, low-key, celebratory, whatever — and it pulls together a full plan with real events, real venues, and real drive times between stops. You can swap out any stop you don't like with one tap. It usually takes about 30 seconds.
We pull from Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, local OKC calendars, and our own curated list of verified venues. Everything updates every 2 hours so you're seeing what's actually happening, not stuff from three weeks ago.
Every plan gets a 6-character code and a shareable link. Anyone can open it on their phone and see the full itinerary — stops, times, locations. You can also generate a flyer for Instagram or your group chat.
Right now, yes. We're going deep on OKC before we go wide — making sure our data is accurate and our venue relationships are solid. We'd rather be the best in one city than mediocre in ten. More cities are coming.
Head to our For Businesses page — it takes about 5 minutes to set up and it's free during beta. You'll get a verified listing, the ability to post events, and a dashboard that shows you who's viewing and saving your venue.
Our main sources (Ticketmaster, Eventbrite) update in real-time. Local venues update every 4 hours. We also scrape independent event calendars. Bottom line: if an event just happened, we'll have it within hours. Always double-check with the venue for last-minute changes.
The AI is smart about logistics and vibe matching, but verify event details before heading out. Prices change, doors open late, venues move — the AI might miss those. Think of it as a starting point, not a guarantee. Always check the venue site directly for hours, age restrictions, and current prices.
Never. We don't sell, rent, or trade data to anyone. We use basic analytics to improve the app, but that's it. Read our full Privacy Policy for details, but the short version: your data is yours. Period.
Report it in-app: Settings → Report issue / feedback. Tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it. If it's a major venue (Ticketmaster, Eventbrite), we'll coordinate with them. For venues that posted themselves, we review updates regularly.
